David Stratton Recommends

Golden Globe, Emmy and Screen Actors Guild-nominated actor and director Simon Baker's directorial debut

Directed by and starring 2017 AACTA Trailblazer awardwinner, Simon Baker (The Mentalist), BREATH is the long-awaited big-screen adaptation of acclaimed author Tim Winton’s number one bestselling novel of the same name.

BREATH follows two teenage boys, Pikelet (Samson Coulter) and Loonie (Ben Spence), growing up in a remote corner of the Western Australian coast. Hungry for discovery, the pair form an unlikely friendship with Sando ( aker), a mysterious older surfer and adventurer, who pushes the boys to take risks that will have a lasting and profound impact on their lives. Also starring Elizabeth Debicki and Richard Roxburgh.

Season starts from May 3 at Luna Leederville & Luna on SX. Group bookings available.

ďA sublime adaptation of Tim Wintonís novel, Simon Bakerís debut feature is a knockout! Itís just beautiful.Ē
