Cinema Club

All about our Membership program.

Can I purchase a Cinema Club for a friend?

A Cinema Club Card makes a great gift for a film-loving friend! If purchasing in person simply be sure to provide your friend’s full name, date of birth, email and phone number. If you’re purchasing online you will need to provide the same details, and an email with a membership will be sent to the lucky recipient right away.

When will I receive my complimentary birthday tickets?

Your birthday tickets will be issued when your date of birth falls within the 12-month membership period and will be emailed to the address you have provided.

However, if you sign up on your birthday, we will not have enough time to process a birthday voucher, so please make sure to sign up before your big day comes around.

Why haven’t I received my birthday tickets?

Birthday passes are sent via email (no postage, sorry!), so it’s a good idea to first check your junk or spam folder. If it’s not there perhaps we have an old or incorrect email address recorded for you (you can ask at the Box Office or update your details online here.

If you can't find the email - don't stress! The voucher is loaded onto your membership card automatically on your birthday. Simply scan your Cinema Club card at the venue to use your birthday tickets.

Do I need to print my birthday tickets?

You can simply show the email with the barcode on a mobile device.

Can I use my birthday tickets without the email?

Of course! The voucher is loaded onto your membership card automatically on your birthday. Simply scan your card at the venue to redeem.

Can I book online using my birthday tickets?

Yes - on the Movie Tickets page, enter your membership number (the 14 character value near the barcode on the back of your card) in the Member ID section and click 'Verify.' Once verified, there will be a pop up with a link to redeem your vouchers.

What if I’m going to be away for my birthday?

Birthday tickets are valid for 28 days from your date of birth. If you are still unable to redeem within the month, email us here and we can discuss an extension for you! Alternatively, if you’re regularly away or too busy to visit the cinema around your birth date, you may want to set a different birth date and receive your birthday tickets another time in the year. You can update your details online here.

How do I renew my membership?

You can renew via our online sales page here (remember to enter your old membership ID at the top) or in person the next time you visit one of our cinemas – no need to ever throw away the plastic card, we reuse it by adding extra time to it!

What do I do if I've lost my membership card/email?

Lost physical cards can be reissued at the counter and online memberships can be resent; we just need some details to look up your membership. For online memberships, it's a good idea to save it in a phone wallet or likewise, so that you can find it without scrolling through all your emails.
